(I Remember)

I remember when I was little and there were no worries. the only thing you had to worry about was what you were going to do after school with your friends or what you were going to eat when you got home. I remember those were the days to remember. I remember the summer time and playing all day with friends getting into trouble and doing basically whatever we want. I remember waking up and going up stairs and looking at the chore list and waiting to the last second to do them cause my mom said they need to be done before she got home. I remember never sleeping in my bed in the summer cause me and my brothers would always watch movies all night and sleep in the tv room downstairs. I remember going to football handouts with my dad and seeing all my friends there with there dads. those were the days of no worries and no stress, just fun and memories.

(Instructions)

instructions on how to get bigger, stronger, faster? there are some choices you can make to accomplish this. either you can do it the hard way and work for it or you can do it the cheating and lazy an ridiculous way. the easy way is to take illegal drugs to enhance your performance witch is not worth it because it does more harm than good. the real way take dedication and hard work. the first thing you want to do is get a membership to a gym or just somewhere you can work out. The second thing you want to do is perfect your technique in all the lifts cause with good technique works the right muscles and keeps you safe. the third thing you want to do is get on a meal plan with health food. people think they can bulk up by eating McDonalds everyday witch is not true.... all that does is make you fat. the right food is like chicken, steak, eggs, potatoes, fish, about anything that's healthy and high in protein. if you do all these thing and stay consistent with it, I guarantee you will see improvement.

WHAT IS ON MY MIND RIGHT NOW?
I have a lot on my mind right to think about and decide what I am going to do like the game tomorrow! this has been on my mind all week and what and I have been preparing for it all week as well. I think if I and the entire team paly our game I think we will be able win and dominate but I can say we do have our work cut out for us. for me I found if I think to much about what im suppose to do I find myself making stupid mistakes so I "don't think, just do" cause I just have to trust myself and my teammate the there going to do there job. you never want to think you cant do something, if people tell you that you cant. use that as motivation and dominate and go out there and do it!!

(STARS)

“When he shall die,
Take him and cut him out in little stars,
And he will make the face of heaven so fine
That all the world will be in love with night
And pay no worship to the garish sun.”
― William Shakespeare, Romeo and Juliet

SPACE CAMP

(SPACE CAMP)

"Homesick At Space Camp"

Landing on a runway in Chicago and I'm grounding all my dreams of ever really seeing California, because I know what's in between is something sensual in
such non-conventional ways.

Tonight the headphones will deliver you the words that I can't say.
Tonight I'm writing you a million miles away.
Tonight is all about "We miss you."

And I can't forget your style or your cynicism, somehow it was like you were the first to listen to everything we said.
My smile's an open wound without you...and my hands are tied to pages inked to bring you back.

These friends are, new friends are golden.

DEATH

(DEATH)
Those who have lived a good life do not fear death, but meet it calmly, and even long for it in the face of great suffering. But those who do not have a peaceful conscience, dread death as though life means nothing but physical torment. The challenge is to live our life so that we will be prepared for death when it comes. remember you only live once.

(FEAR)

You gain strength, courage, and confidence by each experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, “I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.” You must do the thing you think you cannot do. - Eleanor Roosevelt

bricks (In The Wall)

I don't need no arms around me.
And I don't need no drugs to calm me.
I have seen the writing on the wall.
Don't think I need anything at all.
No! Don't think I'll need anything at all.
All in all it was all just bricks in the wall.
All in all you were all just bricks in the wall.
